The property, with traditional construction before 1951, presents all the characteristics of a building with facades and walls of meação in stone masonry.
The current rehabilitation project of the house is authored by Architect Cristina Oliveira and provides for the preservation of the original features of the property, creating a cozy space, where she wants to be with the family..

Outside, there are several options where relaxation is desirable, from the garden with support of living area and oven, to the upper terrace provided with access staircase.
